Not only the leprosy patients get treatment from the Health Care Center rub by New SADLE but also the patients who are suffered from other diseases and are helpless and vulnerable. They get free-of-charge treatment service from the center. Medical specialist and necessary facilities are available in the clinic. Essential drugs are fee for the patients who consult the clinic. We had also run the roadside clinic three different places, in Malekhu, Budhanilkantha and Pharping for free mobile health service on a regular basis.

All the old aged helpless peoples receiving treatment from the service center live in Sewa Kendra. There are 25 old aged people receiving the service from the old aged home. Sewa Kendra has one housefather and one housemother to take care for all the old aged people. New SADLE will manage 25 additional beds in the near future.

Day Care Center is established to look after the babies of the workers during the time of their parents work. New SADLE has provided education for the children of the leprosy-affected people up to grade 12 free of cost.

Indra Lok is the Nepali name for this main building. This is regarded, as main office because of all the executive work including administrative work will be done in this building.

Besides various products will be produced from the different section as categorized like Bag, Batik, Dhaka, Button, Paper and Printing. They all are regarded as production center.

In the process of rehabilitation, we provide handicraft skills to those cured leprosy and other disabled and afterward employ them as artisan. These artisans are producing high quality handicraft products like fine weave interior textiles, bags, wallets, various kinds of moonj baskets, shawls/scarves, poncho, pullovers, batik cards, carving works, bead works and various items from Nepali hand made paper etc. To run the task of rehabilitation New SADLE have Two rehabilitation centers, one in Kathamndu and the other one in Kalaiya, Bara district.

These high quality handicraft products are sold in all the major countries of Europe, USA, Japana, Canada, and Australia. Any surplus from the sales of handicraft goods is directed toward our medical and social services. Services include free medical treatment, running of the old age home, free education for the children of leprosy/polio cases, free day care centers and finally Community Based Rehabilitation for leprosy affected people.
